Several folks have pointed me to the Polyphaser copper strap to
galvanized pipe clamps (e.g., model TK-2) using a stainless steel
intermediate layer. That's probably what I am looking for, or for
more flexibility I can make my own equivalent.

The electrical part is straightforward. The tough part is maneuvering
around plumbing in a 15 inch crawl space and making friends with
spiders. Any skinny hams around here who want to earn a few bucks or
a beer? :-)

Thanks for the help!
