Build or buy a clip-on RF current meter. Clip it over *every* cable 
coming into the shack, and get yourself some real numbers. It's really 
the only way to know where the problems are coming from, and how well 
your solutions are working.

The meter doesn't need to be calibrated - "percent full scale" is fine 
for RFI troubleshooting.
