OK so I am sitting here watching TV. A message comes on telling me how
altruistic my telecom provider (generic it never names a company) is by
providing the best service they can. Although it is never stated but it is
certainly implied they are doing this despite all the pesky regulations and
only have our well being and satisfaction in mind. I have only seen this
advertisement (?) one time so forgive me if I am suspicious. I don't recall
hearing or reading of anything that would require enlisting support from
John Q Public. I don't think this has anything to do with BPL, it may, but
I suspect perhaps VOIP. Anyone with inside info on this one?
