Many thanks to all who responded. It seems there are several ways to use
copper strap for the ground system, but most are somewhat difficult to
implement.

I have decided to use #2 stranded copper cable instead of the copper strap.
It will be simpler to install although of slightly higher impedance.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Cadweld Question

I have obtained a roll of 3 inch copper strap (Polyphaser) and want to use
it to build a new SPG and tower ground system. I will be using 8 foot
copper clad ground rods.

Where does one get Cadweld materials for this application? I am assuming I
will need the one-shot for attachment to the rods. I have not figured out
how to attach the copper strap to the tower legs. Thanks in advance for
your help.
