After everything was all cleaned-up and re-assembled, I have the antenna set
at the "Code 11" points, but it seems to be a little long - I got SWR
readings on 20M of 1.4 @ 14.010, 2:1 @ 14.150, 2.5 @ 14.250 & 3 @ 14.350. Is
this normal for this antenna?

Oh, I should note this testing is being done with the boom resting on top of
a 12' fiberglass step ladder. My other thought is that it's too low to give
a valid test result.
