I have a customer who would like to feed a TV antenna on top of a 
mountain. It was commonly done years ago but I can't find anything on 
how to design or build one.

N4UH wrote a great article in Ham Radio on doing it at HF and I have that one.

Anyone have a suggestion where to look?
