Hi All
We're getting to go on a 2 week camping vacation in a couple of weeks. I
want to take an all band antenna along, so I made a dipole fed with 100 feet
of 300 ohm ribbon (not a center fed zepp--don't want to get that thread
going again :-).
What I was wondering, what happens if I put the antenna up 50 feet and coil
up the rest of the ribbon (I'd rather not cut it every time we get to a
different campground) where it comes into the camper? Does it act like a
big choke or something? Thanks and 73
