KA9FOX at QTH.COM also offers an e-mail only option for $12.00
per year. POP3/SMTP or IMAP e-mail an alternate port that is
not blocked by normal ISPs, 200 M storage and five e-mail
accounts.

You may need to register your own domain (e.g., W4TV.NET) - I
don't know if Scott maintains a "general purpose" domain - but
domains in .com, .net, .org, or .us are $9.95 per year. For
those in the UK, .co.uk and .org.uk domains are also available
at the same price.

Take a look at: http://billing.qth.com/hosting.php
