[TowerTalk] 2:1 balun

I would like to build a 2:1 balun on a 1 inch pvc pipe form. Not metal core.  I 
wound 12 bifilar turns on my 1 ince pvc.
I think I need 10 turns and 14 turns for 2:1.  Using 12 gauge wire.  Do I 
bifilar them also and let the rest of the 4 turns out by themselfs?
