The bobtail will beam to the wrong direction, 90 degrees off Europe.
Inverted vee elements will do and have a lower elevation angle then a single
dipole.
Two or three wire verticals fed as an in line phased array can be dropped
from the rope for even lower angles,
but then lots of radials will be necessary

Sounds like a great place for a Bobtail.  Just need a good radial field, but
Bobtails work great.
