Yes...the MFJ works very good.....it has a 
adjustable dipole up around 133 Megs...so as you 
move the elements in and out of the noise the 
"tip" nulls work well to show you the noise...I 
carried it one step beyond, and built a 5 ele 
yagi cut on 133 Megs...the coax has clips on it 
so I short the MFJ dipole down and clip  on the 
yagi...now you have great directional 
opportunities...this will separate a loose ground 
at the base of the pole from a top of the pole cracked insulator.
My local Georgia Power folks now have a "noise" 
team, they come out with folded horns, yagi's etc and do a great job....
