[TowerTalk] Force12 EF-130

Does anyone have the instruction sheets for this 30M rotatable dipole?  I 
mainly need the drawing showing the feed and dimensions and perhaps the 
parts list. If you have and can scan and email, I would very much appreciate 
it. I believe a choke balun was supplied, but I have misplaced it or never 
had it.  I tried Googling and the Mfgr, to no avail.
