Thanks to everyone for replies.  Tower talk comes through!  I will hope to
get all cables pulled in a few days.  Then to the job of drilling holes for
a non-standard (to Rohn) bolt pattern thrust bearing in the 1/4" steel top
plate of the top section of Rohn 45.
