Since I climb all of my towers, I consider "cheap" an unworkable word, no
mater how much testimonial is attached.  Heck, I even suspect all new and
used OEM tower parts as "unproven" until they have been inspected and tested
as thoroughly as possible.

Best source for anchors..........find who is supplying your local power
company with anchors.  Cheap price and quality stuff.
 
In FL it was Hughes Supply in Orlando.
 
I used them to make my anchors for my QSY to KH6.  I picked up nine of  them
for around $450 and then modified them for use as a concrete anchor with an
equalizer plate.....way cheaper and a heck of a lot sturdier than the Rohn
anchors.
