[TowerTalk] Low Band DX'ing

Hi All

Anyone got a newer copy copy of that book they want to part with?  Would 
like to pay with Paypal if possible.  I tried to order one through the ARRL 
website, but kept telling me '7040 is not a valid order number'.  Do you 
have to be a member to buy books from their site?  73
