Right,

Before the rotator the beam will fail.
There is a damage foto of the Optibeam OB11-5 with almost identical wind
load from my neighborhood:

If the guts of the rotator can withstand 35sqft of wind load, then is it
unreasonable to ask that the mast clamp be able to also? A 16sqft load is
not that big. Big tribander and a shorty 40 on the same mast.
