[TowerTalk] Unique Tuner

I am interested in finding a UPC Unique Tuner.  Also need to find the 
schematic to make one myself a possibility.  As I understand it, the Unique 
Tuner is an L tuner with the possibility of adding more capacitance in 
series.  Any info will be appreciated..
