Maybe, I've learned, but probably not. I've been burned by that more than once
at home depot. The other that has got me a couple of times is: box or package
looks fine. Get it home, and some one has removed a few parts (usually
important).
However no one gives me any trouble when I take these things back, and home
depot is only a mile away. I would be upset if I drove a while to get there.
