I had the same experience. I was trying to get some more detailed info
on the 20 meter yagi and I had to try and try again. Never did get it.
I completely passed on them because of it.

Boy, that sounds like a different company than the one I have been dealing
with. Mike and the boys have been very responsive to my orders. They quickly
sent any parts I was shorted for my five antenna order. All parts I was
shorted arrived in about a week.....not bad for shipment to KH6 Maybe the key
to it was to keep in touch by phone and not send emails.
Their service is just like KLM was back in the old days.
By the way I have no interest in the company.
