I was involved with a 4 tower directional AM station whose array was
built on a river-bottom
pasture. We had a hurricane fueled flood, which sent 8' of water
roaring down the flood plane,
and eroded all four tower bases. They were undercut, tilted and
twisted, with 190' Rohn 65 above
them. Dicey situation.
The fix was to pull each base back into plumb, cut notches around
the foundation at 3 points, and
fasten an extended rebar cage around the bases. The extended cage
then had an added foundation
poured around it, to stablize the structure.
So you could do it. but you'd be awfully busy with a jackhammer!
