In contrast to your experience with Tashjian, mine was just the opposite.
I have bought replacement cables for my LM354 and a replacement fold-over
winch.
Several times I talked to Karl who was always helpful and pleasant to work
with.
Just my take, I have no other connection with Tashjian, financial or
otherwise. Wanted to give a little balance to the discussion.
