I try to always have the lowest antenna right above the flat tower top.
Then I just take my handy dandy pry bar and some wooden blocks up with
me. Pry the mast up, block with wooden blocks. Fasten mast inside tower
to bar clamped to crossmember & leg. Then remove clamps, take nuts off of 
studs in rotator and remove/replace.

Now I have crank-up, tilt-over tower, haven't tried to swap with the
tower tilted and antennas on the mast yet. I will try a couple of the
proposals posted here if I do have to.
