[TowerTalk] Hy-Gain HG-70HD

I am looking at purchasing a used Hy-Gain HG-70HD and see that the TB-70 base 
is still available.  Does anyone know if the base comes in one piece with the 
supporting legs tied together or are they three individual legs?  I haven't 
been able to find any diagrams or pictures of the base on the internet.
