The replies can be separated into three groups as was expected.
Group 1 - The sender was ignorant of the current situation and only
wanted to express an opinion, vent or at least have a word.
Group 2 - The sender tried to be helpful and offer some serious
suggestions.
Group 3 - The sender had actual recent experience. So far there have
been three negatives and one positive. So there still seems to be a
glimmer of hope.
My Conclusion - If you decide to order from Idiom in it's present state,
then hope for the best but plan for the worst. Is Idiom up for sale?
