Ive been reading about gamma matching using trimmer cap then could put a fixed
cap once the value is know if wanted used by W6SUN George McCarthy.
Some use coax 1/4 wave stub of 75 ohm. Using a gamma seems to free you up when
determing the spacing for the right impedance.
W6SUN Book More About Cubical Quads writting in 1994 says the gamma seems to
work well even if its a little more work.
Im starting with 6El 20 on a 60 ft boom and will add other bands down the road.
Im going to put 10,12 and 15 driven element on diffrent spider for closer
spacing
then the 12ft for the 20 meter band.
