Do you really need a guy anchor 8 feet high?  The leverage at that height is 
high and it would require a very strong steel beam and many yards of 
concrete.  There is a lot of information in the archives on this subject,

As I get older I have forgotten many things.  I'm putting up a 60 ft  Rohn
25 with raised guys 8 ft off the ground
is there a quick formula for this ?
 I come out with the attachment point at 8 ft off the ground as32 ft from
the base of the tower with guys at 55 and 28 ft respectfully.
