INHO, time has obsoleted the Telrex beams. They are heavy, not optimized as
present day beams are, and were advertised back in a time when no computers
or optimization software was available so their claims could be repudiated.
Their through the boom construction makes them virtually impossible to fine
tune and their matching network (T Match) hasn't been used in years.
Buy a modern beam or, even better yet, roll your own.
