Ideal system:
N2RM's design-- Stacked monobanders 40-10 on 120' towers, with single
monobanders
for each band @ 70' for South or closer-in work. Phased verticals
on 80 & 160. Multiple beverages.
Midrange probable: 2 el 40/30 above 3 el steppIR or 20-10 LPDA.
70' tower.
Wires or verts for 80/160. Possibly shunt fed tower.
Low budget: 80m Carolina Windom @ 60'. Or OCF 80m halfwave fed
w/ 63' of OWL,
for 160-20m. Useful on upper bands, but not great.
If I were back in VT, with the big pines, a 160m carolina windom @
120' looped over the
top of the trees.
