I don't have the drawings but maybe can help.

What exactly do you need?  I've installed these over the years (mostly a long 
time ago) and remember almost everything about them.  Including the skinny drum 
on the cable winch, which takes a zillion turns to crank out or in because it 
was silly.

You're right, it's not self-supporting and its upper section is too skinny to 
contain a rotator, so for a small beam, that must go on top.

Do you need replacement parts or something-?

We have a HTZ-354 (id tag munged, but that's what it looks like) support and 
have need of plans/drawings.
This manual crank up support is not self supporting. The first section has 3 
tubing legs (not guy wires)
with turn buckles extending out to the ground anchors.
