[TowerTalk] re-tuning steppirs for lowest vswr

I think I recall the Steppir people telling us that the max fwd gain vs lowest 
vswr may (probably?} occur at different element lengths.

Perhaps someone (Steppir?) can tell us how much variance in gain there is when 
changing
the factory settings to user determined vswr settings.
