[TowerTalk] Waters Coax Switch question

Hello group,
One position of my Waters model 341 transfer switch has gone bad.

Is there any way to open these switches to change the actual switch or just 
chuck it in the garbage. 

It appears that the body of the switch box  was "pressed" to close it. Looks 
difficult to open without kludging up the switch box enclosure.
