There's not some outside, wild chance that someone in the San Antonio area has a rock drill I could use or possibly rent? I now need to drill some 1-1/2 or so holes in the bottom of the tower hole to epoxy rebar into, and some 3/4 " holes for the sides. really want to get this done so the tower can go up.
