I thought the response was a tad harsh too, but as moderator, it is
Steve's to do, and there is so much spam that I understand his
reaction if the question was not in English, as this is an
English-speaking board. You can't expect good responses from those who
do not speak the language of the question - and there are a lot of
great responders here.

The simple answer is if posting and English (which is the language of
this reflector) is not your primary language, then use Babelfish to
convert. I do it English to other languages sometimes from here. No
big deal.
