It is probably only about 4 inches thick or less....I can't imagine that it
would provide the strength that you are looking for unless it was laid with
mesh or rebar. Unlikely since most people are pretty cheap
Can't you knock a hole in it and set in a screw anchor and then concrete the
hole back again.
