     Assuming the SPG pipe will be indoors, you can connect equipment 
grounding conductors to the copper pipe with stainless steel hose clamps an 
an anti-oxidizing compound.  Use a conventional ground clamp for pipe to 
connect your #2 conductor to the pipe itself.    I would not use this 
technique outside as the pipe-to-wire connection cannot be fully protected 
from the elements and the anti-ox compound eventually will wash away.
