This may sound weird, but --bear with me, please.
Over the years, I have collected many items from here that I valued. Some I
still have, some I lost in "Crashes", and some by stupidity. I am asking for
help in that last regard. Now for the weird part.
My clue is a matter of wire color. I have collected several Balun items that
were illustrated by diagrams and photos featuring blue and white wire pairs, on
Toroid rings. The colors are only to possibly help find the one I am missing.
I had (Note-Past tense) two articles, one for a 1:1 Balun, and the other for a
4:1, current, Balun transformer.
The 4:1 is the one I lost. I miss it because it had a clear, concise
description of fabrication that made it easy to keep track of wire winding and
connection. I think I missed it after a frenzy of paper-shredding.
Help, Please
Bill--W4BSG
