[TowerTalk] Hygain HG-52SS help needed

I am hoping someone on TT has engineering drawings and stress calc sheets for 
the Hygain HG-52SS.
 
There is one used for sale here locally and would like to try to get a building 
permit before I buy it.
 
I would be glad to pay for copy costs and postage.
 
I would also appreciate any tips on inspecting it before purchase.
 
Anyone out there able to help?
