I've emailed two or three times in the last couple of weeks with no
response. I haven't tried to call yet.

Anybody had any live dealings with Rob at Idiom Press in the last month?
He seems to have disappeared which apparently is nothing new for him. I
placed an order and got a quick automatic reply but that's it. I also had
various queries ignored over the last 2 months. In any other world I would
just walk away but Idiom Press makes some items that have no competition.
Seems that Rob is taking advantage of us with such great customer service.
