The statement in that video, "free climbing is allowed by OSHA"  is 100% 
WRONG. The originator of it has been trying unsuccessfully to have it go 
away. It keeps surfacing.

I was a certified tower climber for many years but let it lapse after I 
changed jobs. My younger brother still "climbs the steel" for a cellular 
service company.
