I made the installation of this antenna for a friend, follow all the
dimensions and the details
the manual is one of the worst I see , really bad,
The original manual of the TA-33 MW do not show use of the ground Strap, the
KIT just mention one
time, I miss it and will put it to see if that think is the following problem
The antenna is working fine in 10 12 15 17 BUT 20m is resonating very
narrow
at 13 mhz
and 40m is resonating at 7.7 mhz
The ground strap in the blue elements made that ? or one trap is broken ?
the antenna is first time installed after 20 years of purchase
Will appreciate any idea or experience with this antenna. kind of problem
Will try to avoid remove again all the full antenna for the problematic and
heat (around 105 F)m but
can remove the Blue element to inspect tramps with not big problem
