Two approaches, take your pick. 1) Keep the Hy-gain balun there and add
a ferrite coax choke per my cookbook. 2) Ditch the Hy-gain balun and
add a ferrite choke per my cookbook.

The reason for ditching the Hy-gain is if it is inefficient and is
burning power. The reason for keeping it is if it is doing any impedance
matching. The reason for adding the ferrite choke is to reduce noise
on RX, and there is no downside to adding it (other than cost).
