I don't think the capacitance is as much a problem as a possible saturation 
 or low inductance would make. The effect is, possible, a bit lower 
performance  at the low end of the frequency span.

Yes, to the extent  that the stray C associated with that number of turns 
on that particular  core doesn't cause a problem.
