When I go there I have a 9mm on my and the 45ACP in the truck :) I have
encouraged all my contractors to do the same.

When I went to look at the property I recovered a trailer that was
stolen when I was building my house.

When I was there with a dozer man looking at the site last Thursday we
saw three vehicles pull up to the trailer across the street that left
their engines running, went inside, and left quickly over about 30
minutes. Friday morning I saw two more while I was marking lines for
OneCall.

I agree ICF is stronger. 8" poured walls are even stronger. Block fits
the budget better. The building will be 85' off of the road hidden in
the woods and even being a bare block building it will look better than
most in the neighborhood.
