BUT, the cost for the license for NEC4 is quite expensive. Even as a student
is isn't exactly cheap!

4nec2 is what I use.. a nice graphical front end to the NEC2 engine.  If you
have a copy of NEC4, it will drive it too.  (and it's free)

EZNEC is also popular.  Lots of sample models out there, and it has more
"amateur specific" features, I think.
