You could try loading the tower...there are many articles and ideas online
how to make your tower an efficient radiator (at some frequencies).
Another idea, if you have a patio, or deck, or wrought iron table, is to
install a mobile antenna where ever you can get some height and a good
groundplane. A screwdriver antenna is frequency agile, as is one with an
auto tuner. With this arrangement you have to be careful of people being
around it, and you're probably limited to 100-200 watts output.
I have heard of people loading the gutters and downspouts of their homes.
Have not tried it, but should work (depending on frequency and surrounding
objects), Again, be careful of RF power.
There is a large library of literature on "stealth antennas"...use Google
for your research!
