[TowerTalk] Rotor plate mounting

I don't think you're over thinking because I was thinking the same thing but I 
have decided to go ears up on my newest redo on one of my towers.
Here is why, if the ears are up the plate can nearly rest on the rungs and help 
support the plate. Ears down is too far away for any support.
