I am going to install an 80m delta loop with the apex at 90feet.
1. Is that too high?
2. I know that a 75 ohm 1/4 wavelength transformer is used at 1/4 wavelength
down from the top for vertical polarization. Suppose I wanted to use this delta
loop on other bands with open wire line to a balanced tuner. Where should the
open wire line be connected to the loop to keep the vertical polarization?
3. Does the length of the open wire line matter?
