I run my TH7 with a BN86 with 1500 watts in RTTY contests. Only think I notice is that the SWR starts to climb slightly on 20 meters after an afternoon of calling CQ. Not really sure what it is but I would guess the balun is heating up.

Anyone have any problems (or know of any) with the traps on the Hy-Gain
TH-7DX when running legal limit power? I haven't had any problems with
SSB/CW, but want to run legal limit on RTTY and am concerned about the
higher duty cycle.
