I've used mine successfully 'as is' Dave... not sure how much benefit, if any, you'd get with messing with the settings.

I've installed the Hy-gain antenna on a 60' self-supporting crank-up. The SWR curves are good and within the bands; 40m is flat at 7.255 MHz, 20m is flat at 14.200 MHz, 15m is flat at 21.300 MHz, 10m is at 28.400 MHz. I'd like to tweak the antenna a bit to optimize it for my favorite portion of each band. Hy-gain does not provide any instructions regarding tuning the antenna. Has anyone tried tweaking this beam?
