Just for grins, I calculated the Z of a standard 2 blade NEMA plug (1/4" wide prongs, 0.06 thick, spaced at 1/2")

It comes out to around 100-130 ohms, depending on what you choose for an epsilon for the plastic.

Of course when you connect the coax to the plug (or receptacle), you're forming a sort of tapered impedance transformer (albeit extremely short).
